THE Henley Partnership has “had a year of resurgence and regrowth”, according to Julie Perigo, who chairs its business and retail group.
The organisation now has more than 100 members and holds regular events, including monthly networking lunches, free professional development workshops and breakfast briefings.
It has also established working groups, including the Henley Young Partnership and Henley as a winter destination.
Mrs Perigo said: “There seems to be an enthusiasm for greater involvement and activity and we are looking to build on this in 2013. Our aims are for the partnership to become more inclusive, more active, more relevant and more transparent.”
The partnership will be announcing structural changes later this month and more working groups are planned, including a “charities together” and new business/ members’ group. There will also be quarterly members’ evenings with the first at Phyllis Court Club on March 5.
