EXPERIENCED agent Nick Warner has returned to the Henley office of Savills after a gap of nearly 10 years.
He said: “I have worked in the residential property industry for Savills for almost 20 years, principally selling the best country property.
“Just as we advise those clients to think about their property from a purchaser’s perspective when preparing for a viewing, it’s equally valuable for an agent to do the same.
“House sales may be commercial transactions but they are also deeply personal and the more insight an agent can bring, the better the outcome.”
Nick’s role at Savills Henley will focus on the sale of country cottages, houses, farms and riverside property in an area he knows and loves. “I live in the Hambleden Valley and am looking forward to bringing my expertise and energy back to Savills, to provide the best service for our clients and in doing so help to grow the business further in what continue to be challenging markets,” he says.
Challenge is something Nic
Head of the Henley office Stephen Christie-Miller added: “We welcome the arrival of Nick with great excitement; he brings a wealth of experience to the Henley team which will bolster the service we can offer and continue to build on our existing profile in the marketplace.”
