JACKSONS Residential estate and lettings agency in Henley has joined forces with Romans Group, becoming the 21st office for the local property group.
Jacksons’ founder, Richard Jackson, said: “I see Jacksons’ new relationship with Romans as a natural progression for our company and the best possible way to provide our customers with the best, most up-to-date services.”
Romans will continue to use Jacksons’ branding and adhere to its high levels of customer service, offering professional and expert advice on the local property market for those looking to buy, sell or let in the local area.
“Moving into Henley is a natural expansion for us with the proximity of our other offices in Caversham, Reading, Windsor and Maidenhead,” said Peter Fuller, lettings director at Romans.
“The current team at Jacksons has welcomed Romans and their positive nature has made the transition very smooth. Existing customers may notice a few new faces but the existing team will remain in the branch.”
Henley residents will now be able to reap the benefits from The Sunday Times’ Best Medium South East Estate and Lettings Agency. One of the immediate benefits is Romans’ extended opening hours with the branch now open seven days a week and available up to 10pm on weekdays.
“Our longer hours often result in faster, more efficient sales or tenancies for our customers, as we’re contactable when buyers and tenants are actively looking,” Mr Fuller added. “Our busy lifestyles mean many of us aren’t concentrating on our property search until the evening.”
