MORE than 180 people in Oxfordshire were injured in accidents at work last year, according to the Health and Safety Executive. The figure was revealed as it launched a campaign called Shattered Lives, which is aimed at reducing slips, trips and falls in the workplace. The HSE says that workplace injuries cost Britain about £800 million a year in lost days.
