LODDON Brewery is celebrating its sixth record year in succession.
Turnover and volume has increased above budget each year ever since the brewery was established in 2002 at Dunsden Green Farm in Dunsden by Chris and Vanessa Hearn.
Last year, turnover rose by 24 per cent and volume by 23 per cent. In December alone, more than 100,000 pints of ale left the brewery. During the year, old barns were renovated to create new office space, extra malt and hop storage and bottled beer storage and the cask store was extended.
Mrs Hearn said: "We are delighted with the company’s results, which exceeded our budget and objectives. We will continue to push the brewery forward and are working on a number of exciting initiatives for 2010."
