Eleanor Fein
New Paintings
Eleanor Fein has a passion for expressing every day objects within a
world of their own. Bold and idiosyncratic in composition with a calm
and absorbing atmosphere, her paintings have a sense of mystery and drama
which evolves from the tension between the objects and the unusual context
in which they find themselves. Gently inspired by the “magic realism” of
Magritte, these beautiful and engaging paintings are irresistibly joyful.
John Maltby
New Ceramic Sculpture
John Maltby continues to intrigue and enchant with his sculptural figures
of angels, kings, queens, fish and birds, combining the freshness of
childlike perception with the knowing experience of age. Immensely appealing,
these wry and whimsical figures are imbued with a purity and innocence
that triumph over our more cynical world.
