Bowsher Larner.— Wendy, Garry and Bethann are delighted to announce the birth of Megan Jane March 29th.

John.— Tudor and Jo (née Barton) are delighted to announce the arrival on April 17th in Singapore, of Harry weighing 8lb.5oz. Mum and son doing well.

Mawdesley.— Eleanor (née Steadman) and Clive are delighted to announce the birth of Daniel George on April, 23rd. First grandchild for Fran, John, Marion and Roy.

Barnes, Denis, M.B.E
. —Peacefully at Sue Ryder on April 22nd aged 91. Loving husband of Kathleen (deceased), father to Susan, Roger and Nigel, grandfather and great-grandfather. Donations to Sue Ryder Care Nettlebed, c/o Tomalin and Son, 38 Reading Road, Henley-on-Thames, Oxon. RG9 1AG.

De Grey, Anne.— Died peacefully at home on Thursday, April 24th 2008. Deeply and sadly missed by her family and friends. Funeral to be held at St. Peter and St. Paul Church, Shiplake on Tuesday, May 6th at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only. Mohan, Patrick Roy Thomas.— 7/12/1930 - 23/04/2008. Died suddenly at the Royal Berkshire Hospital following a heart attack. Funeral to be held at The Fairmile Chapel Henley, on Thursday, May 8th at 12 noon, followed by a gathering at The Rainbow Public House, Lower Assenden. No flowers. Polkey, Susan.— Passed away peacefully on April 24th at Dunedin Hospital. Susan will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Susan taught at Woodcote Primary School for many years before retiring in 1995. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Thomas’s Church, Goring on Friday, May 2nd at 12.30 p.m. Family flowers only please, but donations are welcome to the British Heart Foundation c/o Cyril H. Reichman, Frances Maureen (formerly Benn).— On April 28th 2008, aged 91, late of Wargrave. Much loved mother of Christopher and Barney. Funeral service at Reading Crematorium on Thursday, May 8th 2008 at 12.30 p.m. Family flowers only please. Shaida, Margaret (née Aldridge) .— died on April 27th aged 72. Dearly loved wife of Hassan, mother of David and Michael, sister of David. Missed by all her grandchildren.
