Cutting sugar can be so sweet
Published 27/01/14

NIXERCISE, the personal training company that specialises in outdoor fitness, is running a Cut the Cr@p evening at the Quince Tree, to include one week’s free food diary analysis!

Trainer Nix says: “The world seems intent on complicating things, and nutrition and fitness is no exception. It really is time to ‘Cut the Cr@p’.

“As a personal trainer I am more than aware just how many people out there want to lose weight. Most have tried a diet or number of diets, and exercise too, yet more often than not they still continue to fight the fat.”

Nix is now bringing her simple ethos to Henley. She says: “The advice I give is totally free from fads, very simple yet highly effective. Anyone can — and in fact, should — do it.”

Here are a few words from people who attended the last event: “Wanted to say that I really enjoyed last night and found it so helpful.”

“Great evening thanks. Really inspired by people’s stories and practical advice.”

“I have been on the simple philosophy since the beginning of the year... so far so good.” Nix is qualified in nutrition for weight-loss and will be offering every attendee one week’s free food diary analysis via email or telephone.

Places will be limited, so to book your space/s please contact Wendy Murton on wendy@nixercise.co.uk or tel/text 07944 917377.

NIXERCISE are now running fitness sessions from the Quince Tree, please see the timetable for other venues at www.nixercise.co.uk
