Cutting sugar can be so sweet

NIXERCISE, the personal training company that specialises in outdoor fitness, is running a Cut the Cr@p evening at the Quince Tree, to include one week’s free food diary analysis!

Trainer Nix says: “The world seems intent on complicating things, and nutrition and fitness is no exception. It really is time to ‘Cut the Cr@p’.

“As a personal trainer I am more than aware just how many people out there want to lose weight. Most have tried a diet or number of diets, and exercise too, yet more often than not they still continue to fight the fat.”

Nix is now bringing her simple ethos to Henley. She says: “The advice I give is totally free from fads, very simple yet highly effective. Anyone can — and in fact, should — do it.”
