HARPSDEN are joint second in the qualifying rounds of Henley and District Billiards League’s Cowan Cup.

They defeated Berks CS 11-6 in their clash, which leaves them level with Ivy Leaf B on 41 points after four matches.

Trinity Hall lost to Park Institute A 10-7, leaving them in ninth place with 28 points after three matches.

Elsewhere, Ivy Leaf A beat Twyford B 11-7, Earley HG beat Ivy Leaf B 10-9 and Twyford A lost to Park Institute B 11-8. The top eight teams go through to the knock-out stages.
