Cygnets children enjoy the fruits of their labours

Cygnets children enjoy the fruits of their labours
CHILDREN in the Swans room at Cygnets of Henley have very much enjoyed eating the tomatoes they have grown.

Little ones have been helping themselves and tucking in, even refusing to eat supermarket tomatoes, preferring the home-grown ones!

Now that summer is at an end, the children have planted some lovely winter flowers in place of the tomato plants.

The children also have recently made their own pizzas choosing from a selection of ingredients. Next week we are going to bake different flavour cakes. In the Fledgling’s room the children have been enjoying building sandcastles in their new boat sandpit and playing in their new playhouse, peeping through the window and playing peek-a-boo.

They have also been painting using their hands which they found great fun although it was hard to see who had the most paint on them the children or the paper!
