A SHOP assistant in Henley was given flowers and several signed cards to mark her completion of 30 years in the same job.
Betty Wylie was presented with the gifts by her colleagues at Boots in Bell Street.
She was also given a pink balloon with “30 years, OMG” written on it in silver glitter.
She and the rest of the staff had cake and crisps in the store’s canteen, while the company will present her with its own gift to mark her achievement.
Mrs Wylie, who lives with her husband Joseph at Swiss Farm in Henley, spent the first 15 years working full-time as a customer assistant at the branch before going part-time in 2001.
She can usually be found in the No 7 cosmetics section or on the checkouts.
Although she’s now 80, she still enjoys going to work. Mrs Wylie said: “Over the years I’ve seen lots of different managers and seen the store refurbished. I like helping people and still look forward to coming into work and doing my two days a week.
“A lot of people do know me because I’m from Henley and people come up and say they’re surprised I’m still working!
“I love the job, it’s great. I love the staff here too because we all get along so well.”
