RESIDENTIAL estate agent Hamptons International has announced the introduction of a new lettings division to its Henley office to meet strong local market demand. The new lettings team opened at the end of last month to join forces with the long-established sales team at the centrally located branch on 14 Hart Street, Henley.
The arrival of a lettings team in Henley marks the next step in a strong expansion plan for Hamptons International in 2014. The Henley lettings division will cover central Henley together with the surrounding villages and will work closely with Hamptons International offices in Maidenhead and Marlow to ensure full sales and lettings coverage across the whole region.
Lesley Cairns, head of lettings at Hamptons International says:“We’re thrilled to bring a lettings arm to the already established sales division in Henley. This marks an exciting step for the future growth of the lettings division and meets the demands of a thriving local rental market.

In fact, approximately 50 per cent of prospective tenants are corporate clients in search of beautiful, immaculate homes in the area. Henley also tends to attract those prospective purchasers who are keen to ‘try before they buy’ and experience the area first hand.”
The new team will be headed up by Victoria Gray as lettings manager. Victoria has 10 years’ property experience and is the previous lettings manager of Hamptons International in Marlow. Victoria has also lived in the local area for 10 years and will be supported by a full lettings team also local to the area.
