A NEW Italian restaurant will open in Henley next week.
Rossetti Ristorante has taken over the former Green Olive restaurant in Market Place.
Manager Umberto Fiorenza said: Rossetti is going to be a traditional Italian restaurant but with a lot of emphasis on Sardinian and Neapolitan food. I hope we will be popular.
The premises were put up for sale in January by Leo Charmantas, the owner of the Green Olive restaurant group, who said the business had suffered in the recession.
The restaurant has been refurbished. Mr Fiorenza said: We have a beautiful little garden at the back which is overgrown. It is like being in a Roman villa.
