SWISS chef Michael Riemenschneider has bought the Black Boys Inn in Hurley.
He says the business will complement Canvas, his restaurant in Marylebone.
The Black Boys has a 50-cover restaurant and eight en-suite guest rooms.
Mr Riemenschneider said: “Since the first time that I visited the Black Boys Inn a number of years ago I always hoped to have my name above the door and I am very proud to have achieved this.
“The Black Boys Inn is all about keeping things simple — we offer good food, made from quality ingredients from local suppliers, served by our friendly team.”
