A POP-UP restaurant which came to Henley last year is returning.
Chateau Marmot, which was organised by former Remenham resident Theo Cooper, will stage another two-night residency at the River and Rowing Museum.
The sittings on September 12 and 13 will include a six-course tasting menu prepared by Sam Hodges, former head chef at the Soho House private members’ club.
The menu will consist of modern British food and the ingredients will come from local suppliers including the Bosley Patch at Swiss Farm, Henley, and the Chiltern Black Pig Company.
It will be themed around woodlands and the dishes will contain ingredients foraged from the area.
