A busmans holiday for Brakspear tenants

Henley pub company Brakspear treated tenants from 40 of its pubs to a day at the Great British Beer Festival at London’s Olympia, including brunch at one of its London pubs, the Malt House, and transport in an original Routemaster bus.

Chief exective Tom Davies (third from left) said: “It’s our way of saying thank you to our tenants for their hard work and encouraging them to leave their pubs for one day and see what’s happening in the wider beer world.”

Rob Hooton, landlord of the Old Bell in Henley, attended with his partner Pamela Myles and said: “Having the whole day sorted out by Brakspear definitely encouraged us to take the time out of the pub.”
