Businessman donated to Scottish campaign

A BUSINESSMAN from Wargrave donated £10,000 to a pro-Union group in the Scottish referendum campaign.

Joe Hemani gave the money to Let’s Stay Together, which held a rally in Trafalgar Square on Monday evening.

The rally was organised by TV historian Dan Snow, who was joined by activist Bob Geldolf and comedian Eddie Izzard.

Mr Hemani is the founder of computer systems and software company Westcoast, vice-president of Chelsea Football Club and chairman of Henley Golf Club.
