A TOY shop has opened in Watlington. JellybEAn, which is in the arcade in High Street, is run by Liz Winton, a parish councillor, and Amanda Burton. The shop stocks a wide range of items, including bags and lunch boxes, as well as big-name brands such as Lego. It also offers a party bag service. Mrs Winton, a mother-of-three, said: “Our philosophy is affordable toys and games which children can buy themselves with their pocket money each week. We did a bit of market research and people said they wanted a little shop like this. It has been really well received — we have had lots of positive comments.” Mrs Winton previously worked in chocolate shop Tutu Delicious. The toy shop was previously home to Hunters and Collectors, which sold furniture and home accessories.
