STAFF at a Henley recruitment firm are to take part in the Three Peaks Challenge for charity.

The 25 workers at Abrs in Quebec Road are raising money for the Thames Valley and Chiltern Air Ambulance Trust.

Chief executive Andrew Bailey and his marketing manager wife Kate, from Nuffield, and their colleagues will attempt the challenge on May 18 and 19. They will have to climb Ben Nevis in Scotland (4,409ft), Scafell Pike in Cumbria (3,209ft) and then Snowdon in Wales (3,560ft) in the space of 24 hours, being driven from mountain to mountain.

The total distance walked will be 27 miles with a total climb of 9,800ft.
