Car dealer that gives satisfaction

STAFF at the Vauxhall garage in Sonning Common have received an award for excellence in customer service.

The award is made annually by the British car manufacturer.

The dealer achieved the highest score out of 66 retail garages nationwide in the Vauxhall purchase satisfaction and service satisfaction survey, which was conducted at the end of last year.

Customers were invited to take part in the survey after buying a new Vauxhall or having their vehicle serviced for the first or second time.

Philip Mullin, managing director of the Peppard Road dealership, said: “We’re delighted and would like to thank all our customers for representing us in such a positive light in Vauxhall’s satisfaction surveys and therefore helping us to secure this award.

“When a customer visits our dealership, they can feel confident that they will be receiving truly dedicated customer service. Indeed, as we are so committed to customer care, we’ll be doing our very best to ensure that we score even more highly next year.”

Jos Sharp, internal communications manager, said: “We recognise that Sonning Common Vauxhall has gone that extra mile to help our customers and make their purchasing and servicing experiences as positive as possible. The award really is a representation of the hard work that’s gone into their consistent standards and all-round high performance.”

The dealer was presented with a plaque to display at the garage and staff received a commemorative badge.
