HOMES and businesses in Henley and Shiplake were without internet and phone connection this week.
Customers had no access to broadband between lunchtime on Tuesday and Thursday when the Standard went to press due to problems with the exchange in Greys Road.
Bradley Young of Hamilton Avenue said: “It’s difficult to do work from home. I rang Sky and they said they were hoping to have it up and running again in four hours, but that didn’t happen.”
