Getting on the property ladder

DAVIS TATE is running a series of Help to Buy seminars and to promote it their designer Rodger Stanier produced a ladder graphic which was displayed in all office windows.

Not content with the design on paper, Rodger took the theme one step further (forgive the pun) and produced a real ladder, as shown outside the Henley office.

Managing director David Tate said: “Rodger’s imagination is a great asset to our business and his offbeat take on matters helps to set us apart from the crowd. He called into the office with the ladders, which he had spent the previous day making, and it caused people to stop in the street. It’s just a shame that we can’t leave it out all day, but we have to consider the inevitable health and safety issues if anyone literally tries to climb the property ladder!”

The ladder will be outside the offices when the Help to Buy drop-in sessions are held in Abingdon on November 12, Henley on November 13 and Reading on November 14 from 5pm to 7pm.

to meet the team and talk through your options for Help to Buy, or even selling.
