THE company that owns Hotel du Vin in Henley could be sold.
American investment firm KSL Capital Partners, which bought the Malmaison Group in early 2013, is reported to be inviting takeover bids.
The group operates 27 hotels across Britain, including the one at the former Brakspear brewery in New Street.
KSL will reportedly receive its first offers next month.
Malmaison’s previous owner, London property developer MWB Group Holdings, went into administration in November 2012.
Staff at the Henley hotel referred enquiries to the company’s head office, which did not respond to requests for comment.
