Crayons at the ready for Easter colouring competition

AS you probably already spotted on the front cover of last week’s Henley Standard, as part of their Easter celebrations Davis Tate, whose Henley branch can be found on Bell Street, is running a colouring competition for local primary school children to win an Easter egg hamper. The closing date is Tuesday, March 31, so it’s crayons at the ready!

Tanya Wickes of the Henley branch said: “We are continuously getting involved in our local community. The idea would be to either allow children half an hour during class time (and hopefully give teachers a well–deserved break!) to complete their entry, or schools may wish to send the entry forms home in the children’s book bags to allow them to take part at home.”

Entries can be coloured using “anything they wish”, such as crayons, felt tips, pencils, chalks or paint, just as long as they are returned to a branch of Davis Tate by March 31, when judging will take place.

Entry forms are available from your local Davis Tate office.
