Drains drama

A SHOP in Henley was forced to close for almost an hour for emergency maintenance work.

A SHOP in Henley was forced to close for almost an hour for emergency maintenance work.

M&Co in Bell Street shut at about 10am on Thursday last week so the drains underneath the store could be cleared. The upstairs café remained open.

Manager Steve Allen said: “The drains needed cleaning so we closed as a precaution. It didn’t affect trade at all.”
