A HENLEY company which develops budget planning software has been bought for £5million.

A HENLEY company which develops budget planning software has been bought for £5million.

Brixx Solutions, of Station Road, was snapped up by managed services provider Castleton Technology.

Brixx, whose managing director is former Henley Town FC chairman Barry Baxter, is expected to report sales of £1.3million for the year to December 31.
