Market Place Mews changes hands again

MARKET Place Mews in Henley has been sold

MARKET Place Mews in Henley has been sold.

The town cente property went on the market in March after the DeStefano Property Group, the parent company of London and Henley Properties, entered administration.

Jim Tucker and Ed Boyle, of administrator KPMG, announced they had sold the premises to asset managers Catalyst Capital as part of a £55 million deal for 19 former DeStefano properties across the South.

The previous owner had planning permission to redevelop the mews into 14 flats and 16,000 sq ft of retail space.
