ONE of Henley’s prime estate agencies, Davis Tate in Bell Street, said it is “proudly” sponsoring local primary school charity Friends of Trinity School (FOTS) at its fund-raising ball next week.
This special black-tie event will take place on Saturday, April 16, at the town hall in Market Place.
Tanya Wicks, who is based at the agency’s Henley office, said: “Throughout the Davis Tate network we support local schools, clubs and charities where we can, with each office getting involved where possible in the events themselves.”
Having attended Trinity School in Vicarage Road, it was local director James Donigan who chose the school charity for the agency to support.
James said: “Having been a pupil at Trinity myself, the opportunity to get involved in the school and support their efforts is close to my heart.
“I look forward to hopefully assisting parents, friends and family of the school in their next move, should there be a need. Come along to all the FOTS events during the year, and support the school.”
A spokesman for FOTS said: “We are thrilled that Davis Tate is our primary sponsor for 2016. All money raised by our charity events goes to the school, and this year our aim is new equipment and refurbishment of the lower playground.”
Davis Tate said it will also donate £250 to FOTS for any sale where the valuation was generated by the link to FOTS. This includes parents, friends and family of a Trinity School parent.
The agency said: “Please quote FOTS when booking a valuation and then on completion of the sale Davis Tate will donate £250 to FOTS.”
