Romans’ new recruit is customer-focused

ROMANS says it has strengthened its “growing property management division” with the recruitment of Louise Griffiths

ROMANS says it has strengthened its “growing property management division” with the recruitment of Louise Griffiths in a new directorial position.

Louise joined the property services company in March, stationed at the head office in Wokingham.

With 15 years’ experience in the property industry under her belt, she has previously worked as a regional director at both Savills and Hamptons International and sits on the board of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

Louise said: “My experience has led me to believe that customer care is a crucial part of business success and this will be a prime consideration for me in order to further enhance the service currently provided by Romans to its clients.

“I will be looking at ways to adapt the current systems and processes in order to maximise customer satisfaction.”

In addition, Louise is looking forward to introducing initiatives to enhance profitability on acquisitions as well as the existing portfolio.

As Romans’ new property management director, she will have overall responsibility for managing the critical functions of property management within the group’s lettings division.
