A LONDON restaurateur has been appointed chef-patron at the Dog and Badger in Medmenham. Henry Harris was head chef and owner of Racine in Knightsbridge, where he specialised in provincial French cooking.
He trained at Leith’s school in London and worked at Hilaire, Bibendum and Harvey Nichols’ Fifth Floor before starting his venture. Mr Harris said: “I’m looking forward to bringing a touch of French bourgeois cuisine to Buckinghamshire.”
