They will take place on Saturday, September 24 and all are welcome.

The day feature a 5km Wind in the Willows themed route suitable for children and families, while the 10km route is ideal for keen walkers. There will be refreshments and entertainment at the finish line.

Tracey Hancock, head of fund-raising, said: “We could not do what we do here at Nettlebed Hospice without the support of the local community.

“The Woodland Walk is a great way to raise money whilst being active, with the promise of fascinating wildlife and nature.”

Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead.

The walks begin at 11am and cost £10 for adults and £5 for children. Alternatively, you can buy a family ticket for £25 for a family of four. Register at www.suery der.org/nbwoodlandwalk
