Reading East MP Rob Wilson MP met with Barclays employees at the Helen & Douglas House

Reading East MP Rob Wilson MP met with Barclays employees at the Helen & Douglas House charity shop in Caversham to hear about their citizenship day spent raising money for the hospice. Customers were given the chance to pose next to the Premier League Trophy in return for donations. The bank staff held a bake sale with free tea and coffee and went into Caversham seeking donations. Mr Wilson said: “It is great to see large companies like Barclays working to raise money for local charities such as Helen & Douglas House.”
