Ride For Ryder cycling challenge

THE eighth Ride for Ryder cycling event will take place on May 11.

The cyclists will have a choice of three routes, of 10, 25 and 60 miles, all starting and finishing at the Sue Ryder hospice in Nettlebed.

It costs between £10 and £20 to register, depending on the length of ride, but cyclists who register before March 1 will receive a discount.

Riders are asked to either donate £100 to Sue Ryder or raise the money through sponsorship. For more information, visit www.sueryder.org
