GOLFERS raised £1,000 for Wargrave children’s centre Mohawk.
More than 30 players took part in the charity tournament at Hennerton Golf Club, which was followed by a presentation dinner and raffle.
The winning team was led by Mark Parkinson, whose son attends the centre for children with special needs.
Organiser Keith Douglas said: “He came last in 2013 so it was great for him to win this year. The losing team received a joke prize of a packet of Polo mints each.”
Mohawk manager Luke Jansen played in a team with site manager Matthew Wood, Ollie Miles and Daniel Morgan which finished sixth.
