Cyclists wanted

THE third annual PIP mountain bike challenge will take place in Henley on Saturday, October 11.

The event is in aid of Pursuing Independent Paths, a London charity that supports adults with learning disabilities.

The charity is appealing for cyclists to take part in the ride, which starts at Lovibonds Brewery, off Greys Road car park, and follows a route through the Chilterns. It will be followed by a barbecue.

The challenge is open to teams or individuals of all levels. The registration fee is £25 and there is a fund-raising target of £250 per rider.
