THE Millstream Day Centre in Benson is set to appoint a new chairman and vice- chairman.
An extraordinary general meeting will take place at the centre on Tuesday.
The centre is also modifying its governance document in order to meet modern requirements.
In August, the Henley Standard reported that the current chairman Ian Leppard was to step down, saying he was “unhappy” in the role.
His decision followed the centre’s annual meeting, where there were disagreements on the committee over proposed changes to the constitution. The treasurer also gave notice and there was no vice-chairman.
