THE fourth Henley Regatta for the Disabled will take place at Phyllis Court Club on Saturday, August 31.

The regatta provides access to the Thames for children and adults with all levels of disability and is a day out for their families, friends and carers.

There will be dragon boat racing and free river trips offered by the specially adapted cruiser Rivertime and other boats.

On the bank there will be refreshments, a bar, music, Punch and Judy show, interactive zoo, face-painting, inflatables and a climbing wall suitable for the disabled.

Regatta founder Lucy Walton said: ?This is such a lovely, all-inclusive event that really is fun for all the family.?

Regatta chairman Ian Tritton said: ?We look forward to welcoming you to another great day of accessible boating and riverside activities. Bring your family and friends as there is something for you all.?

The regatta will be opened at 10am by Henley MP John Howell and will finish at about 3.30pm when Mayor Stefan Gawrysiak will present the prizes.
