TEN staff at Stuart Turner in Henley will be taking part in a 24-hour cycle challenge from 2pm today (Friday).

They will be raising money for a trip to Tanzania in April when they plan to scale Mount Kilimanjaro in aid of the pump firm’s charitable foundation and also hope to improve their fitness.

LA Fitness has donated a static training bike which during daylight hours will be sited at the Greys Road entrance of the company’s car park.

Passers-by will be encouraged to guess how far, to the nearest metre, the team will manage to cycle.

The winner will receive £50, a bottle of Reading FC champagne and a month’s free membership to LA Fitness. A guess costs £2.50 or £10 for five.
