WARGRAVE library is to offer healthcare books for people suffering from dementia.

It will stock 25 books on the disease, which have been approved by GPs, as part of the Reading Well Books on Prescription project.

The books will offer information and advice about dementia as well as practical advice for carers and suggestions of activities in which sufferers can take part.

The project has been organised by the Reading Agency and the Society of Chief Librarians and is funded by the Arts Council England.
