Dusty, a humble crop-duster has ambitions to become a daredevil air racer in this latest family-friendly film from Disney Pixar.



Animated by Klay Hill of The Simpsons fame, this is sure to delight the children. Adults will enjoy listening out for the celebrity voices.

Elysium (15)

Starring: Matt Damon, Jodie Foster

A follow-up to District 9, this sci-fi movie is set in 2154 when the wealthiest peole have left Earth to live in luxury on a vast space station, Elysium, while hero Max De Costa (Damon) tries to save the poor.



A riveting performance by Matt Damon in this movie which utilises the best in visual effects.

Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa (15)

Starring:Steve Coogan, Colm Meaney, Tim Key, Simon Greenall, Felicity Montagu, Sean Pertwee

Fictional radio DJ Alan Partridge makes his first foray onto the big screen. A media conglomorate takes over the sleepy radio station and sacks night shift DJ Pat, who stages a gun siege in protest.

Great reviews for this British cult comedy hero.

Looking For Hortense (12A)

Starring: Kristin Scott Thomas and Jean-Pierre Bacri

Damien, an absent-minded professor, is pressured by his theatre director partner (Scott Thomas) to badger his father into helping an illegal immigrant facing deportation.

A deliciously ironic French comedy with first-class performance by Scott Thomas.

Director: Goro Miyazaki. Animation, dubbed from the original Japanese

Based on a 1980 manga, this is a story of teenage love between Umi and Shun, set in the year before the 1964 Tokyo Olympics.

A tender love story and a must-see for all manga fans.
