Children from Henley sang and danced in front of thousands of guests at Disneyland Paris. The students from the Stagecoach Performing Arts programme, which holds classes at Valley Road Primary School, took part in the “pre-parade” exhibition on July 21. They performed a choreographed routine called “Dance the Dream” and sang two songs from the film Frozen outside Cinderella’s castle. The Henley youngsters were was joined by 23 other Stagecoach schools from across the country as they took to the stage in front of their families and visitors to the park. They also took part in a Disney workshop with cast members and performers at the park. Principal Clare Gosling said: “The students worked hard towards this performance and I was so proud to see them all on stage. For many it was their first time performing in front of such a big audience and they were very excited. I am so impressed by their commitment and have seen their confidence grow with every rehearsal.”
