PUPILS at Benson Primary School are helping to choose what play equipment should replace their rotten timber climbing frame.

PUPILS at Benson Primary School are helping to choose what play equipment should replace their rotten timber climbing frame.

The school council will present its ideas to the parish council later this month.

Councillor Dave Rushton, chairman of the recreation committee, said: “There is a big hole in the ground in the main play area where the climbing frame used to be. We have got the money in the pot so we thought why don’t we ask the kids?”
