Binfield Heath Flower Show set to attract crowds

THOUSANDS of people are expected to attend the 67th Binfield Heath Flower Show, which will take place at Holmwood on Saturday, August 29 from noon.

Organised by the Binfield Heath and District Horticultural Society, it will feature flower, vegetable and arts and crafts competitions as well as a dog show.

Attractions include children’s entertainer Mr Bigfoot, a wheelbarrow race, classic vehicles, sideshows and stalls.

There will be teas, a barbecue, beer tent and other refreshments available throughout the afternoon.

Entry costs £2.50 for adults and £1.50 for children aged six to 15. Parking is free.
