A COURSE on music in the 18th century London will be held in Wargrave.

A COURSE on music in the 18th century London will be held in Wargrave.

The Workers’ Educational Association will host the  10-week course on Thursdays from January 7 (10am to noon) at the Hannen Room. There will be no classes on February 18 or March 17.

The course will cover composers including George Frideric Handel and Joseph Haydn and what made London a hub of music during the era. It will be taught by violinist and writer Anthony Short.
