What’s happened to Royal Mail?

Sir, — I am hoping one of your readers can suggest a contact to get this Royal Mail van moved from my drive.

It broke down on Thursday last week and, despite the postman calling RAC, it is still here.

The Royal Mail customer services line was a 30-minute call wait time (on an 0345 phone number) and Reading Royal Mail was a 60-minute wait. The Henley office number is no longer available.

I understand from the postman that five vans broke down last week. What has happened to Royal Mail? — Yours faithfully,
