How to be DJ

YOUNGSTERS from Sonning Common were given a lesson on how to be a DJ.

Members of Club SC received the tutorial from Ross Duncan, from Henley, who was completing his silver arts award with music charity Readipop.

Ross, a pupil at Gillotts School, transformed the youth club into a night club for the evening with two sets of DJ decks and a sound system.

He taught the children the basics of playing dubstep and house music, including how to cue tracks, match beats and “scratch” records.
