MORE than 200 people visited Chiltern Edge Horticultural Society’s 55th spring show, held at Chiltern Edge School in Sonning Common.
There was a large number of floral entries on display as well as fruit and vegetables, handicrafts, photography, floral art and entries in the domestic and children’s sections.
Show chairman Mark Richards said: “The show took place during a near perfect season after the previous three years of adverse weather patterns.
“There was an above average number of entries and an excellent quality of exhibits which made an impressive sight and smell when you entered the hall.
“The number of daffodils and narcissi had increased from previous years and our judges were impressed with the quality.”
