Save our primroses

RESIDENTS are being urged to save help primroses at Townlands Hospital in Henley before the site is redeveloped.

Members of the hospital’s Friends group are inviting people to join them from 10am tomorrow (Saturday) to dig up the plants and take them home to look after until building work is finished and they can be returned.

Volunteers are asked to bring 10 6in plant pots filled with compost, gloves and large or small gardening forks.

Staff from the Hot Gossip coffee house in Friday Street will provide refreshments.
