A TEA party for residents aged over 65 will be held in Henley to mark the Queen’s official birthday.
The free event is being organised by members of the Henley Partnership and town businesses Home Instead Senior Care and Delegate.
It is open to anyone aged over 65 from Henley and the surrounding area. Transport will be provided if needed.
Paul Westgarth, director of Home Instead Senior Care, decided to organise the party after running a similar event in Twyford at Christmas.
He said: “There are a lot of elderly people who are not able to get out much so events like this give people a chance to get out and socialise.
