Watercress beds open

AN open afternoon will be held at Ewelme watercress beds and local nature reserve on Sunday.

People are invited to explore the reserve, off High Street, with a guide or on their own, between 2pm and 5pm.

Tea and homemade cakes will be on sale.

Entry is £3 for adults while accompanied children go free. No dogs, except guide dogs, are allowed. Visitors should bring appropriate footwear.

A free car park is situated at the east end of the village beyond Ewelme Primary School.
